Before your audit
What should we prepare for an industrial water audit?+
Water and discharge bills, production volumes, available analyses and network drawings provide a starting point. We then identify further readings to collect. A lack of sub-metering does not prevent us from scoping the audit.
Does the audit require buying an installation?+
No. The audit is a separate assignment. It may lead to adjustments, targeted maintenance, a measurement campaign or an investment study. The report helps compare those options before choosing.
Can every stream in a plant be reused?+
Each stream must be assessed against its quality and intended use. Contaminants, variability, storage and process constraints determine the treatment to investigate. Quality validation and applicable requirements are reviewed before reuse.
How do you calculate savings?+
We compare avoidable volumes with purchasing, treatment, pumping, heating and discharge costs, depending on the site. Estimates state the reference period, assumptions and any additional operating costs.
Can you work on an existing installation from another manufacturer?+
Yes. The assessment covers your installation and available documentation. Intervention options, automation access and spare parts needs are defined when scoping the assignment.
