Maintenance and support

Maintenance contracts, hotline, spare parts and certified training for your operators.

Back to services

A high-performing water treatment plant starts with trained operators and followed-up maintenance. We audit your installation (process, automation, control and supervision), diagnose problems and implement corrective actions. Our service contracts include preventive maintenance, a Monday to Friday hotline and critical spare parts stock follow-up. We supply spare parts and consumables: membranes, UV lamps, activated carbon, cartridges, chemicals. And to go further: certified training for your operators, laboratory equipment for quality control, and DrinksLab to develop new beverages.

Use cases

Maintenance contract for a treatment line

Annual preventive maintenance, hotline included, parts stock follow-up and a consumables replacement schedule matched to your production pace.

Audit and improvement plan for an existing plant

An expert reviews the whole installation: process, automation, control, supervision. You leave with a diagnosis, identified risks and an action schedule.

Developing a new beverage with DrinksLab

Vitamin, alkaline, low-sodium or flavored water: recipes created with you, lab-prepared samples for tasting, then a treatment process sized for the recipe.

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply parts for installations from other manufacturers?+

Yes. The after-sales service covers lines built by our partner ICE as well as existing lines from other manufacturers. Parts follow high quality standards, with strict quality control.

What does a service contract include?+

Planned preventive maintenance, a Monday to Friday hotline from 8 am to 6 pm (up to 20 hours per year), on-site emergency assistance, parts stock follow-up and a discount on spare parts orders.

Is operator training certified?+

Yes. The program is built to measure with you, and every operator is certified at the end: treatment procedures, CIP, problem solving, global plant settings.

What is DrinksLab?+

The beverage creation lab of our partner ICE. We analyze your marketing expectations, create recipes (vitamin, alkaline, low-sodium, flavored water), send samples for tasting, then design the water treatment adapted to the recipe.

Do you offer one-off missions without a contract?+

Yes. Audit, expertise, installation review or support of your operators during a maintenance operation, with no long-term commitment.
